Your Premier Neuro Therapy trainers developed their expertise and skillset while working with professional athletes from all over the country. ​Through the Premier Neuro Therapy training program, the goal is to share what they've learned to help you get back to moving with strength, confidence, and less pain.


​TRAINING WITH PREMIER 

As a client of Premier Neuro Therapy, you'll meet virtually to workout with your trainer 1-3 times per week.  Your virtual training sesions will focus on combining an electrical stimulation technology called the Neubie (Neuro-bioelectrical Stimulator) with personally customized exercies to help you increase range of motion and re-educate muscles to work properly. You'll develop an understanding of proper movement patterns, how your body might be compensating for previous injuries, and how to apply this knowledge to your every day life and activities.  Most clients see a noticeable change in the way they are feeling (less pain, more mobility, more stability and balance) within the first week of training.
