Basically, it is just trying to fix the imbalances, like fired up beyond tolerance. It is fairly unpleasant, but it works... A perfect example is - I did my hamstring at the end of the season, so we're all familiar that it wasn't actually my hamstring that was injured... but something that wasn't firing. So there is some break in the chain.
So, with me, actually (before the injury), it was my left leg, my left shin, wasn't allowing my leg to fully, basically extend. And so, because it wasn't extending, it was putting a ton of pressure on the back of my leg on my hamstring, and then it pops. Because... the load's too great. And then I work through a range of motion, which would be an RDL, like a hamstring stretch. And I just have to work through it because my body doesn't want to let me do it. It doesn't want to let me straighten my leg out... Once you've got it straightened out, he pops the intensity up on it, and I do it again. |

I'll never forget a conversation I had with a teammate after a game when I had managed to find myself with a grade 2 tear of my right calf muscle. He approached the table where I was eating, looked me square in the eyes, and with an intent tone told me that if I was serious about recovering as best and quickly as possible, that I should call Evan Lewis and start immediately. The adamant way he spoke to me and the conviction in his eyes stunned me. I contacted Evan that night and we got to it.
The rest is history! Evan took time from his practice in Florida to meet me on the road with my team; a trip that took him to multiple cities, by the way. In hotel rooms, prior to and after the days at the field, we effectively dominated the rehab of my calf. I was back, ready to pitch full bore within a month... shattering the typical protocol. The program was intense and I loved every minute of the work because I knew this was something different and the day-to-day response I was seeing was phenomenal. Evan was able to push when I needed, but more importantly, as I see it, was able to reign me back and ensure we communicated clearly enough to work in sufficient recovery. I would employ just about any character so long they helped to reach my goals. Yet, having someone you enjoy being around makes a world of difference. I could tell after the first 10 minutes of meeting Evan that I was going to like him. Positive, energetic, rational, enthusiastic, concise, ex-athlete, all business when time to work, and able to cut up and laugh are just some of the qualities I appreciated. Over the week's sessions it was very easy to see that he truly cared about getting me back and was truly passionate about helping. It simply works. Give everything you have to it and watch the results unfold. Evan simply knows how to run the programs and has all the intangibles/tools to maximize the sessions for optimal results. It's a flawless combination that I am very grateful I was introduced to. I demand the best and this is exactly what I received. Thank you Evan, and thank you, Premier! |

After a second opinion on my hamstring, I was told I would be out for 6-8 weeks with a grade II hamstring strain. Evan’s protocols had me pain free after only 24 hours. Having pulled my hamstring while driving out of my stance, Evan ultimately wanted me to prove that we could perform that movement without pain. By the 10th session, over the span of 5 days, we were doing that movement at 100% speed with no pain.
Those who think traditional methods can produce these results in such a short amount of time are crazy. Cortisone shots, pain meds, applying ice, physical therapy with low weights – none of these things do anything to address the actual source of the injury. In a career that relies heavily upon whether or not my body is performing at optimal levels, Premier Neuro Therapy is a must. All therapy aside, I can’t remember the last time my legs felt this strong. I will definitely be continuing to work with Premier to prevent injury from happening down the road and to increase overall strength. |

A teammate of mine from the Nationals worked with Evan in the past and recommended using his specialized treatment to help me get back on the field faster. Up until that point I didn’t have any experience with this type of therapy, I had never heard of it. I was skeptical and didn’t really know if it would work. Evan came to Miami and we did treatments in my hotel room 2-3 times a day. Before the first treatment, he had me swing once - it was a 6/10 on the pain scale. The following night (after 3 treatments), I had no pain at all. Within three days we were up to 60 swings without any pain and by day 5, we were up to 100 swings. To complete all 20 treatments, he traveled north and we finished in Washington, D.C.
I would definitely recommend using Premier Neuro Therapy if you are looking to make a fast recovery from any injury. Trust Evan’s recommended protocols, follow them the best you can, put the work in, grind through some discomfort, and it will work. |

After suffering a potential career ending injury while playing soccer in a pre-season match, the battle I faced getting back to top shape was tough enough compounded by the fact I acquired a bone infection during one of my three surgeries. As I was cleared months later to begin rehab it seemed nothing I tried alleviated the pain and discomfort, or the lack of strength and mobility. Normal strategies for overcoming these things, i.e. physios, yoga, stretching, etc., had very little if not zero effect on my condition. I began to research and ask around for some alternative options. This is when I heard about Evan at Premier Neuro Therapy.
From the very first meeting I was fascinated by the techniques Evan used as I had never seen it before, although I played at the Collegiate and Professional levels of soccer. What Evan did to remedy the pain factor, lack of strength and mobility was nothing short of amazing! To say I strongly recommend this therapy, is a true understatement! Now, in large thanks to Evan and the Arp Wave I have regained my full strength, mobility and confidence in my leg, not to mention, I have resumed my dream of playing soccer at the pro level. My son Joseph broke his wrist in December and was told he needed to be in a cast for 6 weeks. We heard about Premier Neuro Therapy’s technology, and felt like we had nothing to lose. We received one treatment and thought that since he was in a cast, it would be worth a shot. Joseph was losing time on the wrestling mat and muscle atrophy was also going to delay his recovery time. Under the guidance of Evan and Jesse, we rented a machine. Three weeks later, Joseph went back for an X-ray and a checkup and discovered minimal muscle atrophy under the cast and amazingly, his bone had healed. The doctor gave him the green light to get back on the mats, and three days after he was out of the cast, wrestled in five matches and placed third in a tournament.
The day after the tournament, Joseph went out for a run and sprained his ankle – we immediately called Jesse. Without delay, Jesse responded with the protocols for an ankle injury. Joseph was wrestling 3 days later. He was able to finish the treatments, both wrist and ankle, before the end of the season without any issue. He ended up winning a sectional title which ended a 10-year drought for his high school, Gettysburg, and was one match away from qualifying for the PIAA state championships. We totally believe in Premier’s technology. Our ONLY regret is that we didn’t keep the rented machine. Premier’s technology is obviously amazing. However, without the professional, outstanding individuals that know how to administer the proper protocols, my son would not have been able to achieve the results he did. It is with Premier’s deep understanding of the machines capability to heal and the knowledge to implement the therapy in a caring and easy to understand manner, that will make this treatment most effective. Believe me, the metal box with wires, switches, and circuit board is a small part in healing people. Hats off to Evan and Jesse for helping my son not just physically, but mentally understand the healing process. |

Having been an athlete my entire life, I have grown accustomed to training through pain. However, in May of 2012 while training for a national show, I suffered an injury to my left shoulder. Suddenly, I found myself not able to push through the pain and for the next four years I worked around my injury. I still managed to compete in 14 shows and earned my title as an IFBB Pro. Despite the joy of earning my pro card and competing in pro shows soon after, I still found myself in agonizing discomfort. The reality that my shoulder might not ever be 100% weighed heavy on me. After trying physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, chiropractic and only receiving temporary relief, I had essentially given up. Scared to get an MRI and the possibility of having surgery, I continued to train around my shoulder doing anything I could.
Fast forward to September 2016. My friend David Garancsi of Premier Neuro Therapy reached out to me and encouraged me to try their therapy and rehabilitation services. David thoroughly explained to me the science behind their process and I confidently began the treatment program. By my 3rd session, my range of motion had drastically improved and my pain and discomfort had gone down significantly. By my 8th session, I was virtually pain free and had even more range of motion on both arms. I am so thankful for Premier Neuro Therapy. The relief of being pain free is priceless. I now have the ability to do things I never thought I could do again. |
